Probably the 1st question would be: is there atleast 6' of length to the tank? If not, then ppl will tell you NO to any and all tangs. It is reported that they all need atleast 6 feet of length to freely swim to keep them from being stressed. With the total of fish in there now IMO I would say no too.

I wish I could say yes and I wish it were more possible. (lol) for myself at least but I understand certain fish need a certain amount of room.

no tangs. It's that simple. A small one will grow up.
I have a 55 and a 75gl and I can't have a tang. We bought the 55gl for a yellow tang (I was told I could) then after I set up the 75 I thought I could add a tang, but nope.
did you already ask this? or someone here has the same set up.
YOu can't have two tangs in a 72, you already have a yellow, which you shouldn't have, unless your tank is long. But no, you can't have two. They do better in odd numbers anyway. and you can't have 3.

A lot of people will advise against it, but I had a hippo tang in my 75 for 3 years and it did great. Was very healthy It eventually outgrew the tank and I got rid of it. I think one would be Ok but two and especially the naso I would not do.
