Adding Rock?

Are there any rules if I decide to add more rock into my 100 Gal. Tank?
I have about 60-75lbs. of live rock, wanting to add more.
Do I have to add live rock or can I add the Rock sitting on the shelf at the lfs?

Its up to you. Do you have fish in the tank? You can add live rock or base rock.

Just know that you will have a cycle in your tank if your LR is not fully cured.

1 yellow tang
1 sailfin tang
1 true perc
1 blue damsel
blue legged hermits
scarlet hermits
snails
1 bubble tip
and some zoas
I bought the tank used from a lady and she gave me her live rock and sand. All I have done is set it up and started adding stuff.

I would use the rest base..in addition, a retrivor kit from a sea farm would make this superior to most lr sold in lfs....
