adding sand to a tank

i added sand to my 55g tank yesterday and it is clearing up already ....although the live rocks are so dirty is there a good way to clean them off?

Hey I dont know how much sand is covering your rocks but try a turkey baster... dont think I spelled that correctly.. see if that works. matt

i just took a powerhead and plugged it in a moved it around the rocks. but a turkey baster would probably do the same thing...
