Can I add Aragonite Sand to my established tank? .. Dont want to add, alot, just some. Will it be okay, or will levels go up?

Do you mean dry aragonite sand? Adding new sand directly to the tank will produce a dust storm...BAD!
Put it (the sand) in a bucket of saltwater with a heater and a powerhead for a few weeks and feed it small amounts of fish food every few days. That way, it will encourage bacterial growth and weigh down those tiny particles. When you add it to your tank, do so in small amounts and you should be able to avoid a cloud.

Pre cure if it is dry sand and then add 1/4 to 1/2 inch per week till you reach desired levels.
Add it to another sand substrate only, do not add it to crushed coral.
