Adding Supplements

I just bought some Kent Essential elements, On the bottle it says to ad a capful once a week, should I do it more frequently and is that the best stuf to easy to help maintain a reef type aquarium.

I've been following the instructions on the bottle. Seems to work just fine that way. Unless you have something pulling out the elements fast, you should be just fine. HTH

I use that product every week when I do my water changes. It is used at 5ml per 50 gallons and can be used in a reef with another kent product called Coral-Vite which I also use in my 2 reef tanks with the essential elements.
