The two will get along fine, however the minimum recommended tank size for a Blonde Naso is 125 gallons:
Blonde Naso Tang
(Naso lituratus)

Stats
Maximum Length: 18.1 in.
Care Level: Moderate
Family: Acanthuridae
Reef Compatibility: Excellent
Minimum Aquarium Size: 125 gal.
Range: Indian Ocean, Red Sea
Diet: Herbivore- herbivore preparations, macro algae
Water Conditions: 74-80° F; sg 1.020-1.025; pH 8.1-8.4
Notes: An attractive reef safe fish that often makes a great display specimen for larger reef aquariums with plenty of open swimming space. The Naso Tang is usually not aggressive towards other tank mates, with the possible exception of conspecifics. Can be kept in pairs in larger display aquariums. This fish may jump out of an open aquarium so make sure you have a lid on you tank. Provide plenty of live rock for it to graze on. The Blonde Naso Tang is the same fish as the Naso Tang, only a different color morph. The Blonde Naso is differentiated by its yellow dorsal fin, common Naso Tangs have a black dorsal fin.
Feed a diet rich in vegetable matter including frozen herbivore foods, dried seaweed, or live macro algae.
Powder Brown Tang
(Acanthurus japonicus)

Stats
Maximum Length: 8.2 in.
Care Level: Moderate
Family: Acanthuridae
Reef Compatibility: Good
Minimum Aquarium Size: 75 gal.
Range: Indian Ocean, Western Pacific
Diet: Herbivore- herbivore preparations, macro algae
Water Conditions: 74-80° F; sg 1.020-1.025; pH 8.1-8.4
Notes: Provide the Powder Brown Tang with several hiding places where it can rest. Do not keep with aggressive tanks mates, or with Tangs of similar shape and/ or color such as the Powder Blue Tang, Achilles Tang, or Gold Rim Tang. It is reef safe and will help to control the growth of undesirable algae in your aquarium. Keep only one per aquarium.
Feed a diet rich in vegetable matter including frozen herbivore foods, dried seaweed, or live macro algae.

It is the same genus as the powder brown, Acanthurus. Mixing tangs from the same genus is said to be a no-no.

i see on this site they have a blonde naso and a naso are they the same could i do the naso or should i just do the yellow tang and the powder brown

an could you ive me some suggestions for bottom feeding fish i'm thinking some kind of wrasse and could do a mandarin with that or a four wheel drive blenny i think it was or maybe the dottybacks

Any Naso tang will get too large for your tank. I'd go for the yellow if you feel like you need 2 tangs.

I would not suggest a mandarin for your tank unless you have a sump or refugium that can constntly supply it with pods. Otherwise, it will die
How about something simple lioke a firefish. They are cool looking, inexpensive and fairly easy to keep.

get some scooter blennies... I like them they are cute and scoot along. Or a sand sifting goby is always good for your tank and fun to watch too. I hope you have good luck with your tangs. Our tank is 3 years old, and we very hard to keep corals and all kinds of fish but in 3 years we have not been able to keep a tang. Naso tangs are VERY VERY picky eaters, they like brown algae, and sometimes that is hard to find. I found the dried variety but it didnt like that. I had to go to the asian food store and found live brown algae and he ate that but... I still was unable to keep it alive. Remember that most of your bottom feeding fish you dont see a whole lot, so get one that is useful to your tank. Good Luck

i have a sump and refugium. the whole things been up for about 2 years or more.does anybody know if i were to place an order with this site today or tomorrow what day i would get the fish next week. i'm trying to figure out when to place the order.
