Adding to new tank

I am wanting to to place my first fish order, and am wondering if you can add your cleanup crew and two Percula Clownfish together at the same time or one group at a time.
If only one group at a time, which first?

IMO add the clean up first

You can add both at the same time. Typically it's recommended to only add one fish at a time but I think you would be fine adding two Percula Clownfish... especially if they are small. You can add as many cleaners together as you want. Again I don't see any reason not to add your cleaner crew at the same time as your first fish.
