adjust PH in top off water?

does anyone adjust the PH of top off water before adding? I never have, and haven't came across any posts advising to do this, I was just curious.

C'mon people, dont be afraid to post your 2 cents, I would still like to know. The top-off water has a higher Ph than saltwater, would this cause any issues?

Yes, when you are in a micro-reef system.
In a larger tank with the proper alkalinity it is not necessary.
