It is a 180g FOWLR and I am moving it with some friends...
what is the best way to transfer the fish and LR?

Personally, I would get some five gallon buckets and smaller plastic totes. Be sure and premix some additional water for the change (maybe even enough for the water change). I would remove the rock and place it in totes w/ just a small amount of water (enough to keep them moist). You could even cover them with wet towels. put water into a five gallon bucket and place fish in the covered bucket. Once you reach your destination you may want to place a small powerhead in the buckets to keep water moving. If you have sand, I would remove that as well (you want to move the tank empty ~ much less stress on the tank that way). Save as much of the water as you can or is feasible. Good luck, hope everything goes well for you

the e-site. some lfs's have them but alittle more. I used them when I moved my tank without 1 loss. well unless you count the damsel that decided he was going to hide in one of our decorations
