Advice needed -- Lighting for 29gal FOWLR

What kind of lighting would you recommend for a 29gal FOWLR tank with 15 lbs of LR. I do NOT plan on adding corals in this tank. How many hours per day would you recommend with these lights?? THX everyone!!!

You would be good with the stock lighting from the tank, if you have it. Fish dont need intense lighting. If you have no light id go with a simple PC setup.

Its enough for FOWLR.
