Advice needed on return pump and size of overflow box

hey all...
qustion 1........i have a 20g reef im setting up with a 16g refugium right below it in the stand. the pipe will be going straight up to the tank about 4 to 5 feet...what size return pump should be able to handle that?(i will have a valve on the pvp piping so it can be a little more powerful than needed im just looking for a pump size that COULD handle it)
question 2.....what size overflow box should i make/buy? like a 100gph, 200gph, ect...i have no idea what would be a good size for a 20g...so any advice would help A LOT
thanks

For a 20 gallon , I would go with a quiet one 2000. I wouldn't make or buy an overflow box, just drill the back of the tank near the top and use a bulkhead. then have your return pipe going over the top.

the tank all ready has lr, ls, and water in it. i don't know how to drill glass and i don't even know what a bulk head is hah....and what is a 2000 pump?
so im still looking for the proper sized pump and what size overflow box i should have
