advice on 2-1/2 month old tank

im still a newbe and i need advice on what stage i am going thru.... the first pic shows green algae on the rock, i have been leaving the light on about 10 hours a day.......the second pic is the gravel and the last pic is on another piece of live rock.
in advance i am greatful to this board and all its members.

It's hard to tell from those pics. The first pic almost looks like coralline. Is it hard, gooey, stringy, or what??
