advice on a sump: caulerpa or media or liverock!?

im upgrading my marine system to a nice 5 foot long 25" wide 30"deep tank and am having a sump, not really looked into it b4, i want to have a caulerpa setup, i need mirical mud and caulerpa. do you recomend having media as well? or liverock? also will my sump have to be of a differnt setup to regualr sumps (glass dividers) because of the caulerpa? pics would be great guys thanks for help!

IMO:
From what I've seen the nmost successful sub-systems use mirical mud, live sand, some live rock, mangrove and caulerpa seeweed with some snails and limited but reversed lighting on the sub-system.
This is not the same as a Sump system, you rall want to wall off the environment in the primary chamber (remove the biomedia and replace with above. and the return area is where your pump, swkimmer and chemical media (charcoal) should be.
