Advice on Chillers Needed

Hey guys,
I'm ready to buy a chiller. As much as I tried to avoid buying one, living in L.A. I realized that I have no choice but to buy one.
Please tell me what brands to avoid or go for and what sizes?
I have a 60 gallon tank, but probably 50 gallons of water total (in tank + sump).
Right now my tank hits almost 80 degrees and it's not even that hot yet.

That's the one I got a quote on.
1/10 HP = $400 (upto 60 gallon tank size)
1/5 HP = $560 (upto 100 gallon tank size)
Is this a good deal or not?
Thanks

OK, a few q's and I won't bug you guys :)
what size should I buy? I got a 60 gallon s/w tank w/ a total of 120W lights. And I think at the hottest part of summer I'll need to pull down about 8-10degrees to hit 78F.
AND, what temp settings should I put the chiller and heater? If I want my water to be 78F, do I place the chiller and heater at 78 both or do I place chiller at 78 and heater at 76 or something.

That is a good deal, I paid close to 700 when they first came out it is the 1/5 hp one.
If you dont plan on getting a larger tank go with the 1/10 one if you plan to upsize get the 1/5hp

I went w/ the 1/5 HP. Works great and is read in case I upgrade to bigger tank.
ONly problem is so far nobody has given me a clear explanation of what temp setting to set my heater and chiller at for best results.
