I think i might have posted before on this matter, but cant find the post so sorry in advance...but my real question is whats the best 55w PC bulb for mixed reefs?? (leathers, mushrooms, and some LPS like frogspawn and hammer and pagoda cup)
I have 12ks now and they seem very yellowish, i used to have 10ks and they were ok as well, but with the addition to the LPS that are doing great i figured i would give the 12ks a shot....and everything in my tank has been thriving for awhile but my 12ks are starting to get yellowish hue to them even with actnics running..... :thinking:
So my question is whats the best PC bulb that has nice light intensity with more of a blue hue and less than a yellow/white hue?? Hows 8k full spectrum? or maybe do half brand new 12k half brand new actnics?? Im up in the air...any advise or suggestions would be appreciated!!!
