Advice Really Needed

I tried rid-ich. It didn't harm anything in my tank but then again, I still had ich. I have learned my lesson and started a qt. Never again. I did the hypo and no problems since. I think we try too hard to come up with another solution beside hypo and it is the only solution for me. It was hard seeing my dt fallow for so long, but it was all my fault for not using a qt. (and alot of work moving all the lr to get the fish out) Lesson learned. Now I have found out to qt zoos, as well, since some nudi's decided to take up residence in my dt. Learning, learning and still learning.

Well I'm sad to say I won't be killing any more fish after this morning, both clowns are gone. The larger one was on it's side breathing very hard when I got up, by noon it had checked out, and the smaller one was wedged up against a rock on his way out too. They just never recovered from the ich, the dips, and the 3 gallon tank experience.
Water just tested great, and the crabs, shrimp, and snails are still alive, I even see copepods now, all I can think of is all the moving and water changes did them in, plus they were already weak due to the ich.
So I have marked the calendar after thanksgiving before I can get any new fish!
Lesson learned, react when you think you have ich, and don't dump poop in your display tank without researching it thoroughly .... and QT!

Sorry to hear that bro.
Well give it time and get a proper QT setup in the mean time. You have time to get it cycled off on its own before you purchase any more fish. Use this hickup as a boost forward.
Happt reefing and stay dry.
