well...1st day consisted of me calling 3 times and leaving voice mail's with no call backs, so i guess we will see what tomorrow brings?

If they haven't called you back by today call Central Aquatics and ask the secretary to give you the ag representatives' email address.

well, its almost 4pm cst and still no call back, I guess I will try the e-mail...As the aggression sets in! :)

Its really pityfull with these companies when they have no regards for customers in the fact it only takes a minute to make a reply. Surely they are not all that busy taking care of cracked tanks are they? Odds are they know about your phone call, but pushed it off to the side so they can play on their computer or do other things. I don;t care what they say, no company is just this busy that they can not put a human being on the phone or respond to a call. Think what it would be like if you had a bad leaker on your hands.....It does seem to be par for mopst companies today to put a person with a problem off for as long as they can milk it in hopes they get frustrated and quit and give up trying to get help or info. I htink I woul dbe calling every 5 minutes, and sending emails one after the other if I did not hear something by say 10am tomorrow.

Actually we just had a central aquatics rep at the store yesterday. My boss told me to tell him about my issue w/ the aqua dose and he said he would make some phone calls and give me a call back. So we will see what happens. Good luck to you.

I am very Disappointed in aga's customer service, I called back again this morning and still no call backs!
I am waiting till noon and then my tone will change drastically with them! :mad:

I do have to say just for future reference that Perfecto is awesome. There was always someone there when I called and they handled it very well. I am however not impressed w/ Central Aquatics. I am still waiting a phone call from the rep that was here yesterday
so who knows. I have not heard good things about aga customer service.

not really, New Tank wont be in till the middle of dec but looks like they are going to cover it, I am not very happy with aga customer service these days...I am trying to be nice about it!
Very hard to get ahold of them.
They want the old tank back...thats fine but i dont really trust them now and i am afraid they will try to pull a fast one, we will see.

Hey, since you're also in NW Indiana, drop me an email if you want to colaborate on aquariums. I'm looking to meet people to swap frags, advice, and possibly buy stuff together... ie, if 2 people living close could buy from this site together, the shipping is cheaper. (plus my wife can be home to receive the shipment)
