Its really pityfull with these companies when they have no regards for customers in the fact it only takes a minute to make a reply. Surely they are not all that busy taking care of cracked tanks are they? Odds are they know about your phone call, but pushed it off to the side so they can play on their computer or do other things. I don;t care what they say, no company is just this busy that they can not put a human being on the phone or respond to a call. Think what it would be like if you had a bad leaker on your hands.....It does seem to be par for mopst companies today to put a person with a problem off for as long as they can milk it in hopes they get frustrated and quit and give up trying to get help or info. I htink I woul dbe calling every 5 minutes, and sending emails one after the other if I did not hear something by say 10am tomorrow.
