i have a 75 gallon at home with a harlequin tusk. i want to add a few other fish, a porc puffer, humu humu trigger, and panther grouper. let me know what you think or other sugestions you might have

You should be alright as long as the fish are babies. But after a year or two you will definitely need a bigger tank. Every fish on your list gets huge and deserves nothing less than a 180gal when full grown.
