Aggressive setup for a 90 gal

I have a 90 gal with 100 lbs of LR 4" dsb along with wet/dry in a 20 gal sump. I want to set this up as an aggressive tank. So please help me out on a stocking list. I know I want a lion fish, although i dont which kind juat yet. so please any suggestions would be a big help.

Have you considered any type of eel? What tye of lion are you looking at? A trigger of some sort would be a good addition, maybe a blue jaw. There are several wrasses that you could look at.

How about a Lunare Wrasse & a Humu or Niger trigger. those would be on the top of the list for me.

Lunares and triggers often don't mix (I know this from first hand experience.) The constant swimming of the wrasse just agitates the trigger or something. Mine (picasso) were fine until one day he just snapped and killed the lunare. They may mix with the planktonic triggers, but not the more aggressive ones. Bo

Miniatus and a Volitan.... these will not bother your inverts which you will need for that DSB. With a 90 and a lot of rock you will not have much room for another fish. Those two species are very robust, so you reduce the risk of problems. Eels get too big too quick and many love crustaceans. Save yourself the trouble an don't go here!!! Puffers are too messy and will quicky destroy any inverts you may have in your DSB. Don't buy anything that eats crustaceans
