hi all
quick question i have here, looking to start setting up a aggressive tank for my 2 triggers , tang and dwarf lion fish, what do u all think would be a minumum size could i get away with a 48 long 120 gallon tank? also will be using 100lbs of live rock and 100 lbs of live sand for filteration , from what i have read in some post there is no hope for any clean up crew is that true? no snails no star fish no crabs no blennies? cucumbers? how does everyone keep there tanks clean then?
thanks
Mark

Honestly the best clean up crew for an agressive tank is a very efficient protein skimmer. Any inverts or anything else that you put in the tank will be a nice dinner for the fish. A 120 gallon tank should be fine for the triggers & tang.
