no, a power strip would be considered an electronic item... just like a dvd player is an electronic item. It takes electricity to power it... get with the program!

You said it takes an electronic item yo use it. You can not use a power strip without plugging in an electronic item. A power strip can be plugged in, but it still does nothing without the item that plugs into it. Therefore my guess technically fits your criteria. BURN!!!!

Just because the power strip does nothing when it's plugged in doesn't mean it's not an electronic item. A power strip has electricity running through it whether you have something plugged into it or not. Therefore your guess doesn't fit my criteria in the least.
