possibly q tip sponges; do they look like they have little feather duster at the end? if so, they are harmless filter feeders SUPPOSEDLY indicate you have great water quality; our 135 is infested w/ them

Thanks for the responses guys, I relly appreciate it.
scy: what's a vermetid snail?
jakob4001: I don't think they have a little feather duster at the end, so I guess my water is not SUPPOSEDLY good? :D
whiple: thanks for sending the picture to fsshub.
wamp: I don't think it's sponge, not sure though, and I don't know whether it's tunicate or not, because I don't know what tunicate and sponge really is :D . Care to explain?
I did recently take out the UGF off my tank, and add lots of ls and lr. Well not lots, but I add probably 1.5 inches of ls, so I have the total of 2 inches now, and add 4 more lbs of lr, the total of 10 lbs. That's probably the cause of it, what do you think? And also coraline algae are growing, very colorful. I have one rock that's blue, green, yellow, orange, and red, all sorts of color, I'm really happy to have one :) .
Thanks again,

Based on the pictures....I'd say its nothing more than a type of sponge.......I have both (sponges&tunicates) in my tanks.....several types of sponge actually.......they don't seem to be a pest or problem maker.........but I have heard than exposure to air will kill them
