OK....after a few calls...and some helpful people....Current called me back....we now know where the ballast is...and I have ordered a replacement.....I actually ordered 2...SO I HAVE A SPARE
BUT....Holiday weekend....even though I am having it shipped ups select....I have to run the tank missing 2 bulbs

Hey Meowzer, sometimes when I change bulbs, they dont quite fit into the ends, and I have to manipulate them some. So, just double check that both ends are getting good contact. It has happened to me many times. Oh, Nike told me about those bulbs, where did you order them from?

I was going to post...I have two extra ballasts they are 175w...I think you have 250w, but if you want them you are welcome to them.
