i have the same problem! I've been taking ro water and boiling it and using a turkey baster and squirting into their mouths with the hot water. This seems to be killing them but i'm slowly getting rid of them. They also have some recomendations in new hobbiest hitchhiker threds. This has been working for me but i'm scared to kill them all at once since they are spread all over my tank and I don't want to through off the temp or spike amonia. They seem to breed pretty fast and are quick to hide in the rock to advoid killing them. There are some other things such as I think called Joes Juice to kill them off but I know you don't want to loose the feather dusters. Hope this helps.

in the pst I used lemon juice.. squirted directly in their mouths.. I only did about 3 a day tilll I got rid of them. (I had about 12).. didn't seem to harm anything else.. However if the boiled ro water does the trick, maybe next time I'll try that.. I've got a couple of aiptasia right now..

I have tried injecting Aptaisa with boiling water and a syringe. It only works sometimes. Joes Juice has worked every time for me thus far.

Straight kalkwasser, or the alk component of a 2 part liquid system or lemon juice or white vinegar will all work....I even heard that Tabasco hot sauce works (probably the vinegar in it) Hmmmm...... I wonder what ever posessed the person to try tobasco sauce in the first place?

I also heard of a method where yu take a small piece of styrofoam bead and push it into the hole the aipstasia is growoing out of. You can pack it in pretty tight and trim flush with rock, and it smothers out the pest.
