Aiptasio

I have seen alot of posts that say to get rid of this particular thing. What is the reasoning behind that? Is that what grows on your live rock? We have a black lion, panther grouper, humu humu and a niger trigger, none of those guys pick at the rocks so they are starting to "grow" what looks like little (really little) feather dusters. Is that something i need to get rid of? Everybody suggests shrimp to clean aiptasio, my fish will eat shrimp, any other suggestions to help with that?

At the moment they are in 29 gallons. I know TINY! They are heading over to 115g cube and I think he plans on moving it up again.
