Air Bubble in U Tube

yep thats the way you do it, run a small airline tube up the J tube and suck on the end of it, it will get the air right out, and when you stop sucking on the end, make sure you close it off with your finger while your pulling the airline tube out of the J tube. works like a charm.

run the tubing up from the back of the tube feed all the way to the and of the other side and slowly pull the water up until bubble goes away

Didnt even need to use the airline tube.....i just stopped the siphon from one end real quick and the bubble came out the other side :D thanx for the help tho guys

Some old guy (older than me) told me years ago that if you sized your u tube to flow rapidly, it would keep itself purged of bubbles.

I just was dealing with a bubble today and all I did to get rid of it was bump the u tube until it was gone. Worked in just a few bumps. :cheer:
