air bubbles

i have air bubbles in my tank. can anyone tell me if this is good or bad ? bubbles are in the sand and on sum rock. :confused:

Based on the number of posts, I believe that you have a young tank. If they are what I think they are, the bubbles are oxygen from photosynthesis. If this is the case, they are probably not there when the lights come on in the morning and then show up. This is common with a new tank.
Nitrogen will sometimes bubble out of the sand with an established deep sand bed, but not from the rocks.

I get those bubbles coming from my sand, but I didn't think it was considered a DSB (it's around two inches deep). :)

Yes i have a young tank. the bubbles are not ther in the morning. but when i come home from work i see the bubbles. the bubbles are on the rock not coming from it. the sand bed is about 4in deep. is it air that is trap in the sand and know just escaping.
