Airbubbles OoOoOoOoO

Are lionfish bothered by very tiny airbubbles returning from the sump/protein skimmer? My tank has a lot of them because there is a lot of splash in my sump. It is not creating a white out but it does show itself thru the movment of the water throughout the tank.

Tisk Tisk. Looks like I got another person to let loose all he11 on. And, no, they arent bothered by em. My volitan is fine, and my sump returns a good bunch of ubbles, mostly cuz my protein skimmer returns right on top of the return pump to the display. It is actually good cuz yer water is well airated.

Very fine "microbubbles" can be harmful if they get stuck in gills.
My bubbles are bigger than my guppies.

Excessive micro bubbles are said to contribute to many diferent problems. I get some from time to time via my return pumps and/or powerheads. I think small amounts would pose no serious problems ... but excessive amounts may be cause for concern.
