I have mixed minced garlic in with the mysis shrimp, and the fish go for the garlic and let the shrimp settle on the bottom for the crabs. Also the frozen Formula Two has minced garlic in it as well and the pygmy and clown fight over it.
Farmboy, I have read it is an immune booster. Either way our fish seem to dig it!
