Green hair algae.
Lower the nutrients in your water column...nitrates, phosphates and other dissolved solids.
Is that a giant Majano in your first pic?
Take a close look at it. Is it just straight blades like a blade of grass or does it have many little branches like a fern?
Straight blades hair algae, fern like bryopsis.

as big as he is you would think all that alage would be gone. no it is up to me once a month taking pieces out & scrubing them.
