Algae? And how to eliminate...

I'm new to the hobby... and I read about coraline algae and how its good. I think I have some of that, and some bad algae. I included three pictures to show what I have growing in my tank. I think most of the green on the white areas is color coming back to coraline algae. Its very smooth, crust like substance the same as the white areas. Other areas that were not on the white have more of a mossy or fuzzy look. Is it the same alage or something to worry about. How should I help eliminate the alage?
I presently have about 12 snails (3 sand based) and 2 crabs and a peppermint shrimp.
Here are the images...

Thanks!

I'd add at least 6 more hermit crabs. They should do a good job on that algae. I don't see a huge algae problem here, a bit of supplemental cleanup critters should knock it back no problem.
