Algae and snail ID please

Hey guys. I have this algae growing in a very small patch at the top of my tank. It's really an eyesore and would like to get rid of it, but I do not know what it is. The second pic is of one of the many small snails I have in the tank. I would like to know what it is so I know if they need to go. Any help is appreciated.

My guess would be Byropsis, and Collonista snail

i forgot what the algae is but i think its really good. OHH i just remember i think its called cheato or something like that. that algae is really good because it eats nitrite and nitrate.

Nope, not Chaetomorph. Here is a picture of Chaeto

while it would be better if it were chaeto, i'd unfortunately have to agree it's bryopsis

Thanks for the help guys. I'll agree it would be nice if it were Chaeto, but I'm much happier that the snails are not Sundials!
