Algae ID needed Thank You!!

It's really freaking green. Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance!!!
And there is also this algae which my guess is that it's hair algae (sorry it's out of focus, I'll work on getting a better pic)

Also if you know what it is (for both), is it good or bad, and if it is bad how should I go about removing it? Additives, physically removing it, critters to get, etc? Thanks again!!

The bottom does look like hair algae..
Does the top have tentacles coming out of it?? lol... weird.

Thank you on the hair algae, anyone else know what the first picture is of? New2Salt08 says it's possibly a green cyano or a green coralline. Anyone else agree or has a different idea on what it could be and how should I go about removing it?
