Algae Identification Thread

So this is as long as it gets and its a hair like, almost fuzzy. Only on my rocks not on my sand at all. Ideas?

At least the first pic, since there are goldfish in the tank!
The green water in the bottles could be phytoplankton cultures, but there's no way to really tell from the pictures.
