Looks like green hair algae.....getting something to eat it is one thing, BUT you need to figure out why you are getting it
first of all what is your filtration? Lighting? lighting schedule? what do you feed? How much do you feed? What do you have for flow? Do you have a skimmer?
NOW...Emerald crabs, sally lightfoot crabs, turbo snails and a few other types of snails will eat it

Filtration is a penguin 400 filter and live rock for biological filtration.
lighting is just one 10,000k daylight bulb im upgrading soon
lighting schedule is 7:30 am to 7:30 pm
i feed frozen mysis and formula one
i feed just as much as the fish will eat in five mins(i overfed for a while:) )
i hav 2 koralia 2s for flow i dont have a skimmer yet.

What is your existing cuc? (clean up crew)
so you have your daylight on for 12 hours....one thing would be to cut that down a little

Its a 30 gallon.
You can have a LMB in a 30G..BUT.....I would wait a good few months
YES...It is only hair algae as it was put above...BUT....do you want a green furry tank? I DOUBT IT.......HA (hair algae) WILL take over your tank if you do not beat the cause and have adequate cuc to handle it

i have 2 scooters and a lawnmower blenny in my 29g biocube now for almost 2 years. I have the same problem as you with the hair algae and the lawnmower keeps it at bay but he never eats all of it so he always has food so i don't have to add food cause they are my only fish. lol

None of these take care of hair algae very well, if at all.

You're lucky, most LMB do NOT eat hair algae at all.
I highly suggest a smaller algae blenny such as a tail spot, NOT a lawnmower blenny in a 30G, especially if you only have a hair algae problem, he will starve.
As Meowzer stated, you need to find the source of your hair algae. What are you using for water?

I highly suggest cutting back on your lighting. At minimum cut 3 hours off the lights.
You're probably feeding too much still ... you'd be surprised how many people over feed.
Do you run any sort of media?
How often do you do water changes and with what salt?
You need more of a CUC

OK....another thing.....have you tested your water? What are your phosphates?
Your CUC is really lacking.....get an emerald crab 2, some astrea snails, nassarius, cerith
and I would start researching a skimmer
this is all just my opinion
