Algae on glass

My tanks cycling and im getting these green tufts of algae on my glass. they kind of look like hair algae to me but does anyone know what these are?

I went through many different kinds of algae while my tank cycled. It just now cleared up and I have had it up and running for a couple months now.
I found that scraping it off every day so it gets out of your tank is what helped me.
Pics would be good though
