Algae overload in my 29 gallon

There's this super hard, dark green algae growing in circles ALL OVER my aquarium. We took out all the LR and fish two weeks ago and scrubbed it down (took three hours and we only got half of it) and it's back! Regular scrubbers aren't doing the job, nor are the special "acrylic" ones, and my LFS says fish don't eat it. What do I do??

does it plate in circles like coraline? I have a few little circles of "green coraline" algea in my tank.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's coraline algae. It's everywhere!
