Algae prob

hello, i have a 60 gallon tank....3 damsels, 1 anemone, 1 flowerpot, 1 feather duster, so far all of them look fine, i put 13 pounds of live sand and 5 live rocks. ever since i bought the 2 other live rocks from a pet store, a brownish/rust colored algae has grown on them and now has spread throughout the sand and some of the other rocks, basically where the water is running through fast is where the algae is. i was wondering do you know what it is? is there a cure? please help

nitrates, phosphates,low calcum levels?

and always give anything you buy from the pet store a good lookover before you buy it. alot of people are just looking to make a $ and dont really care about you or your tank once your out the door
