try reducing your light down to ten hours, unless if you corals that require that kind of lighting.....if you dont have corals back it down to 8 hours

on the skimmer you want to go by the low end rating on it with air sense protin skimmers need the air flow to be afective when I go by the gph in my tank I dont include the skimmer because the low flow with the bubles is an inacurate reading
also what is your phosphate and nitrate readings?
