Algea - HELP

I have brown algea and it is starting to turn like a maroon color and it looks stringy. My tank is about 4 months, I have been taking my powerhead and blowing the algea off the rock and stuff and my fluval seems to clean it pretty quick. I have three cleaner shrimp, about 20 blue legs, 5 turbos, sally lightfoot, green emerald, one brittle star and one sand sifting star and they can't keep it clean. What should I do?????

I had an algea blenny and he died! But my water is pretty good for flow, but more near the top. I get algea all over the bottom and on my rocks. I will clean and then like two days later it will be crappy again.
