This might sound stupid. But i must ask. Can algea kill shrimp? My cleaner skunk that i have had for several months just molted again and this time the next day i looked at him and his molt. and my shrimp was dead. his antea and body was covered in brown algea. all my fish and other hermits are fine.. i dont know what would of caused his death. He didnt have any marks on him like some1 was picking on him. any ideas?

I don't think the brown algae killed your shrimp it more than likely died and then the brown algae grew over it. Brown algae can grow really fast. You may also want to check your waters parameters to see if that could have been the cause of your shrimps death.
