Alk and Vinigar? -

I am really having problems with high ALK. I have done several water changes. I use instant ocean and tested the mix, it's okay. I tested my water and it's okay. I wondered if anyone had used vinigar to bring it down. It seems like I have read that's okay. Or has anyone mixed the Kalk with vinigar to stablize AlK???

That's what I want to do -lower PH and ALK ? I would love to hear if anyone has used vingar to do it and how fast, I'm terrified I'm going to adjust it too fast. I have a 72 bowfront with a 15 gallon sump.

i had the same problem i would say dont add the vinger i did and it screwed it up even more...imo....what fixed it for me was buying pure sun dried sea salt from the grocery store and doing a water change with that instead of instant ocean or any aquarium salt cause those contain alk already so it wanst helping...and then just waiting for it it do down .....
