All my fish are dying! Help!!!

Hey all, I've got a 40 breeder set up and my fish are dying one by one! AUGH!
Casualties:
2 weeks ago - False Percula clownfish - no signs of problems, suddenly very pale, dead within an hour. No ich spots.
1 week ago - Regal tang, I found it sucked up against my propeller powerhead, pulled it off, was fine and eating. A few days later, sucked up against the powerhead, after I pulled it off and turned off the main flow it lied on the substrate and breathed heavily for about 6 hours then died. No ich spots.
Today- Haven't seen my royal gramma come out for a few days, I fed mysis shrimp and it came out to eat but was swimming eratically in short bursts then sitting in one place, dead within 15 minutes. No ich spots.
I just got over a cyano bloom but upped the flow and took care of it. All the corals are beautiful and open, even spreading.

30w led
35 lbs LR, live sand
corals:
various zoanthids, polyzoanthids, Green stary polyp, candy cane coral, ricordea, lots and lots of macro algae of different types.

So far there is nothing out of the ordinary that would cause fish death like that. Ammonia and disease are two of the most common problems. Are you sure that your fish didn't have any signs of disease?? What do you feed? We're there any other signs of stress? A full tank shot may help some.
What do you dose? What did you use to get rid of your cyano? What test kits are you using and how old?
We will try to figure this out.
Sorry for your losses.

Well, I'll get a full tank shot up later on this evening but I haven't seen any signs of disease. I feed frozen mysis, and very occasionally kent phytoplex. I didn't do anything to get rid of the cyano, it just suddenly disappeared one night COMPLETELY, i mean the sand was crystal white and the rocks and algae were totally free of it, and the water was a little bit chalky for a day or so. I still don't know how that cleared up, but it was right before this all began so maybe it's related.

Any recent pictures, after all of this happened? You mentioned you lost some of your fish, but you are giving us an old picture... a picture of the tank from tonight would be more helpful to spot signs of irregularities in the tank.
Do you know your pH and alkalinity levels? It might have been a really bad pH swing...
I see you have all HOB filtration,... do you have a skimmer?

The whole time I had the cyano outbreak the skimmer was filling up once a day with light colored green tea, once the cyano poofed out of existence and the water got chalky, it stopped skimming all together for almost a week and is now slowly pulling up real dark dirty muck.
This is right before they started dying.

ok, three variables left to look at.
1. There could be toxins in your water from some of your corals. Run carbon asap to remove some of the toxins and do a water change.
2. Check your RO water for TDS reading. Anything above 5 and the filters need to be replaced. Also, if the carbon filters are more than 3 months old, you could be having chlorine in your top off water and mix water. So, check your top off water for chlorine. Check your aquarium for chlorine by taking out some water in a small bowl and dosing it with some amquel in the proper amount and then test for ammonia. If any ammonia reads, then your tank has chlorine.
3. Check your tank for stray voltage. Use a voltmeter to see if there is any signs of electricity shocking your inhabitants. Test your tank and then keep testing by removing one piece of equipment at a time until the voltmeter reads zero or very close to zero. If you can't do this, have an electrician come check it out.
It could be either one or all three of these that could be the problem at this point. Then again, it might not be any of them. Once you run these tests, we will know more.

Ok, so i tested for stray voltage and I was reading 0.05~0.15 volts, when i switched off my power supply it went immediately down to zero, but i unplugged things one at a time and found that there was no difference in the voltage on any particular unit. Is this an aggregate of all the equipment?

Damn cyano starting to come back! But this time it's Dr. Pepper maroon instead of ugly brown.
This is irritating, and it's never happened before on one of my tanks... I'm getting back into it after being out for 5 years and it's quite discouraging but thanks for all your help so far!

Well I use distilled from wallyworld, and I always run carbon, a new bag every two weeks or so.
Maybe i do have a bad test kit. The last remaining fish is doing fine as are all the inverts... Maybe it's some kind of storm that passed. Hmm... I guess we will wait and see, and I will have my LFS check my water today.

Your temperature is a bit low, too. Maybe you ought to get a grounding probe? I'm not sure about what type of voltage it takes to start having a negative effect, but I think a grounding probe would be a good idea.

Ok now this i don't understand, I bought the Reefmaster test kit from API, which tests for DKH, Ca, Phosphate, and nitrate
Here are my results:
Phosphate: 0.0ppm
Ca 500 ppm
dkh 10
nitrate 0
My other results,
Ammo 0
ph 8.2
My temp is up to 77.6
So my question is: Aren't these just about ideal parameters? It must be some kind of internal parasite.
