Can you have a nice 29 gallon tank that has a blenny in it and no one has yet really told me is a 29 gallon tank a good tank for a begginer????

That all depends on how much money you have to throw at a set. The smaller the tank the more maintanence but, IMO Its not that bad. I dont think its a bad idea to have one that size as a beginner tank. I think it teaches you good house keeping.
As far as the blenny's go, yes they can survive in a tank that size providing they are not the pod dependant species. Blenny's and dragonetts are often placed together in the same catagory. Blennys like the Midas and the Bi-Color are not micro fauna eaters although they wont pass up a pod if it happens to be in their way. Their diet consists of flake, frozen or pellet foods. They are more often seen swimming in the water column and are known jumpers.

so what tank size would you think I should get that you think that would be a little easier for a begginer to maintain?
and what kind of experience would you probably need to keep and mantian a fuzzy dwarf lionfish. and I know it would need a tank bigger than a 29 gallon

I went with a 29 for my first one and if I had the chance and the $$ to do it over again I would of bought a 90 but thats just MO.

The best tank for a beginner is the biggest you can afford. The more water, the less fluxuation and easier to maintain. (at least that is how i understand it)
