Am I feeding properly?

I'm a newby still so need to make sure. Have had my tank up for 6 months now. 125 gallon long. 120# sand, 150# rock, sump/fuge, MH lighting. I have 3 clowns, a large Foxface, and just added a blue tang the other day. I've been feeding once a day a rotation of frozen food: cylcops, mysis shrimp, formula one, and a formula one variety pack. I plan to get some seaweed sheets today for the tang. Like I said I've only been feeding once a day. Is this ok? Any suggestions? Cause I don't really know the answer.

you can probably get away with feeding every other day. I do give you credit for varing their diet.
Are you testing your water? Water params will be a good indication of whether or not you are over feeding.

Good to know I'm on the right track.
I have gotten a little lazy on checking the water params lately but I have been religious on doing water changes every week and a half or two of about 18 gallons or 14%. I do have a skimmer going as well along with some chaeto in my fuge.
I'll be sure to take it easy on the algae sheets. thanks.
