I'm with shista. A good ratio of fish to gallons is one inch of fish to 5 gallons. In this case you can have roughly 25 inches of fish, MAX. On average, the fish you have would add up to about 25 inches, unless they are small. I would say no to the bird wrasse only for the fish's sake. I'd rather have a few happy fish than a lot of unhappy ones.

Isn't one inch per five gallons kinda conservative for a fish only tank? I count one inch per five for reef tanks. I also don't count how big the fish are at present. Add up how much they'll be once they reach expected maximum size then give yourself a safety margin by adding 1-3 extra inches per fish.
For fish only I'd say you have room for one green bird but as you can see opinions vary

By my count you're - 50 inches or more of adult size fish. I would definatley stay away from getting the bird wrasse and would re-think what you already have. Good luck.
