Am I in the clear with my new Oceanic

ok well my new oceanic has been up and filled for about a month now with no leaks, the tank is not quite level though the water level is about 1/16" OR 3/32" lower on the left side of the front than the right, the left end side of the tank's water line is slightly lower toward the front of the tank than the back, I think the front left corner of the tank is elevated a bit but as I said its been filled for over a month, probably about 1 1/2 months, its kinda impossible for me to take the tank off the stand and sand down the putty I put in the corner to level the stand off cause my girlfriend almost killed herself when I bought it
question is am I in the clear for the most part as far as glass breakage or seal failure? Now I know there's always a chance of a glass tank failing but am I like 99% in the clear for defects due to the tank manufacture and stand being slightly off level and such.
btw its a 75gallon Oceanic show series

I would guess that you should be just fine. my 58 gallon oceanic was slightly off, the water level different by about 1/4 inch for a little over a year with no problem and now my 90 is slightly unlevel due to unevenness in the floor but does not cause any problems so far.

I wouldn't worry, I've had one of my aquariums for 34 years now, yes 34 years! And as I look at it right now the water level differance from front to back is about 3/8. I had to recently replace the front glass, I broke it durring a move. Other than that it has never failed.
