Am I on Track

I have a 4 week old 75 gal FOWLR, protein skimmer and wet/dry in sump with Gen X 950gph pump, 250 watt ebo jager heater, Coralife 260watts pc 2-10k and 2 actinic, lunar. 60 lbs LR and "Conscientiuos Marine Aquarist" book. . Last week put in 2 scarlet hermits and 3 astro snails. and a 4 polyp yellow zoo. The stats are:
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 20
PH - 8.2
Temp - 79F
Salinity - 36ppt but am lowering to 35, with refractometer as recommended by this forum. I also did a 15 gal water change at 2 weeks to aid in the LR cycling. It was pre-cured but shipped 2day. Should I add a bag of carbon to the sump..............Thanks again for all the great info.

get a few more inverts (snails,hermits) and a few days later throw in your first fish....auctually i shouldnt say "throw" i ment acclimation :yes:
off to a good start

Thanks, I will. I also use RO/DI water as you folks here suggested. Would it be ok if the first fish was a blenny?
