Ammonia / Nitrite Problem

I've had my tank up for maybe 2 months now my fish in for maybe a month give or take my ammonia is about .15ppm and the nitrite is .05ppm, nitrate is 0ppm what is the reason for the ammonia and nitrate to come back I cycled the tank before I got the fish also I have 8 hermits and a turbo snail, 45-50lbs live rock and 40lbs live sand. Will this ammonia and nitrite ever go down?

I am also very new to this, it sounds like you have a mini cycle going on. Water changes, water changes, water changes

What size tank is it and what are you using for filtration. Apparently there is die off coming from somewhere and your nitrifing bacteria cannot handle it all. How many fish do you have in there and what are they? Also what is your feeding schedule, and how much are you feeding. Also what kind of food are you using.
Too many water changes in sucession can lead to a stressful environment for your inhabitants.
