I have 20 Gal Tall & I was just wondering how many fish I can put in their with a few Corals?

Reverse this rule and you are golden.
Actually throw that rule completely out the tank for marine aquaria. You need to assess each fish that goes into the tank for compatibility size/type setup, other marine inhabitants, etc. Most of these fish come from the ocean. They are not bred like FW counterparts, thus, their needs need to be assessed accordingly.
